Several Yemeni provinces have recently witnessed a significant military escalation by U.S. warplanes, in a series of airstrikes carried out by American B-series bombers, reflecting a dangerous shift in the nature of the ongoing U.S. aggression against Yemen.
Local sources reported that the hostile aircraft launched heavy airstrikes on Bani Hashish District, east of the capital Sana'a, simultaneously targeting the outskirts of Jabal Nuqum on the eastern side of the capital, amid intense and continuous flights of enemy aircraft in the skies.
Another airstrike targeted Wadi Al-Ajbar in Sanhan District, southeast of Sana'a, while the Barah area in Al-Hudaydah Governorate in western Yemen was subjected to a violent air raid that destroyed the telecommunications network—an action signaling a possible attempt to isolate the targeted areas from the outside world.
This intense aerial escalation comes amid continued U.S. warplane activity over various parts of Yemen, as both the public and officials remain on high alert in anticipation of further attacks.
