The toll of U.S. airstrikes targeting residential neighborhoods and infrastructure continues to rise.
In the capital, Sana’a, the number of casualties increased after American warplanes targeted an under-construction event hall located in a residential area in Al-Thawrah District, north of the city. The attack sparked widespread fires that civil defense teams are working to extinguish.
The bombing resulted in injuries to seven women and two children, and several nearby homes were damaged, causing widespread panic among civilians.
American aircraft also launched airstrikes on the outskirts of Saada city, in addition to targeting a sheep farm in Al-Hazm, the capital of Al-Jawf Governorate, causing significant material losses.
In Al-Bayda Governorate, Al-Sawadiyah District was subjected to a U.S. airstrike, marking an escalation in military operations that further aggravates the suffering of civilians and threatens more destruction to Yemen’s infrastructure.
