The network described this cowardly targeting as a dangerous escalation in the ongoing series of crimes committed by Israeli forces against Palestinian journalists. It called on international human rights and media organizations to denounce these grave violations against press freedom and the right to report the truth.

Al Jazeera urged the international community to take responsibility and implement strict measures to hold Israeli officials accountable for these crimes. It also called for effective mechanisms to prevent further targeting of journalists and ensure their protection.
