Insan Organization for Rights and Freedoms strongly condemns the airstrikes carried out by the Israeli entity on a residential building in the Mazzeh neighborhood of Damascus, which resulted in the death of Yemeni doctor Shawqi Al-Awdi, his wife, and daughters.

This act represents a continuation of blatant violations of human rights and international law by the Israeli entity and reflects a clear disregard for the lives of civilians, whose deaths occur in full view of the world.

We renew our calls to the international community to take immediate action to protect civilians from Israeli aggression in Gaza, southern Lebanon, and Syria, and to hold those responsible for these grave crimes accountable. We also warn that the continued silence will push the region into a broader war, with repercussions affecting multiple countries.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Dr. Al-Awdi's family and to all those who have lost loved ones in this tragedy, and we express our solidarity with all those affected by Israeli violence in Syria, Gaza, and southern Lebanon.
