A Humanitarian Appeal to the World
The Insan for Rights and Freedoms organization has been following with deep concern the systematic American escalation aimed at forcibly displacing the people of Gaza from their land. These plans openly violate Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which explicitly prohibits the forcible transfer of individuals or groups under occupation.
This insistence constitutes a blatant violation of international law and paves the way for a declared crime of ethnic cleansing, threatening to erase the Palestinian identity from the map of history.
We warn that the silence of the international community, along with the complicity of certain Arab and Islamic regimes, facilitates the implementation of the Israeli plan—backed by the U.S.—to empty Gaza of its inhabitants under the pretext of reconstruction or purchase, as claimed by former U.S. President Donald Trump, leading to an unprecedented displacement of the rightful landowners.
We call on Arab, Islamic, and free nations to take a unified stance against forced displacement, ensuring that history records it as a "moment of honor" in the defense of Jerusalem and Palestine. Furthermore, we urge these nations to exert political and legal pressure on the United States through all international platforms to hold it accountable for its support of Israeli violations.
We affirm that history will not forgive those who remain passive. Palestine is not merely an Arab issue but a humanitarian battle against a corrupt global system. We call upon the people of the world to pressure their governments before it is too late.
