"The international silence continues, and the press pays the price: 103 journalists killed in Gaza by the occupation."

Press Releases | 24-12-2023

Since the start of the attack on the Gaza Strip on October 7th last year, Israeli occupying forces have systematically targeted Palestinian journalists in an effort to hinder the transmission of the truth exposing the occupation's crimes against innocent civilians.

During the war, Israeli forces have killed 103 journalists in airstrikes carried out by their warplanes.

Over the course of 79 days, Israeli forces have waged a devastating war on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths and injuries of tens of thousands of people and massive destruction of infrastructure in the region.

These hostile acts by Israel constitute a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and human rights, as they endanger the lives of civilians, including journalists and media professionals, and cause them immense suffering.

These crimes demand action from the international community and human rights organizations to hold the Israeli occupation accountable for these atrocities.
